With no questions asked, you can return your purchase within 5-7 days of delivery and receive a full refund of your payment. To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The bottle must be at least 95% full.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within the 5-7 day window from the date of receipt.

The Process

  2. Dispatch: Once your request is acknowledged, please send the parcel back to our studio. (Please note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Exclusions

Please note that our return policy does not apply to Discovery Sets, Samples, or Testers, as these are designed specifically for trial purposes.
